At ProWein 2026, taking place from 15 to 17 March 2026 in Düsseldorf, FAIR’N GREEN will once again present itself as a central platform for sustainable viticulture. At the joint stand in Hall 1, certified wineries, partners, and experts invite visitors not only to discuss sustainability but to experience it firsthand.
In addition to open discussions at the stand, visitors can look forward to a curated programme of masterclasses and tastings that demonstrate the close connection between quality, origin, ageing potential, and responsible vineyard management.
Experience an exclusive journey through ten years of aged Rieslings from selected FAIR’N GREEN wineries. Markus Del Monego MW presents and guides this special tasting, demonstrating how delicate minerality, structure, and aroma develop into remarkable depth over a decade. A rare opportunity to experience maturity, origin, and sustainable vineyard management side by side in the glass.
Maximum 30 participants. We kindly request advance registration.
Red wines that develop in complexity over the years while originating from sustainable viticulture are at the heart of this masterclass. Participants will taste aged red wines from various regions, where craftsmanship, careful terroir management, and resource-conscious vineyard practices are reflected both aromatically and structurally in the glass.
Maximum 30 participants. We kindly request advance registration.
DER RING Mosel 1899 e.V. unites 40 family-owned wineries – from Serrig on the Saar to Winningen in the Terraced Mosel. They stand for uncompromising quality in Riesling and Spätburgunder, the care of steep vineyards, and traditional handcrafted winemaking.
Many of these wineries have been practising sustainable viticulture according to the FAIR’N GREEN standard for years. In this exclusive masterclass, selected Ring-Mosel wineries present wines that showcase the unique slate terroir of the Mosel, Saar, and Ruwer regions in all its diversity.
Steep vineyards, style, and origin come together in a tasting that demonstrates why this region has achieved worldwide cult status – and how sustainable viticulture ensures elegance and precision over the long term.
Alcohol-free wines and alternatives are becoming increasingly important, even in the premium segment. In this tasting, we present high-quality, sustainably produced alcohol-free products.
The focus is on modern production methods, careful use of resources, and precise flavor. The showcased examples define a new category: responsible, contemporary, and full of character.
Sustainable viticulture opens up new possibilities beyond traditional wine. This tasting focuses on innovative products such as high-quality verjus, grape secco, and exclusive WineBeer.
All showcased products come from FAIR’N GREEN certified grapes and demonstrate how versatile and resource-efficient the grape can be used – from concept to glass.
Fungus-resistant grape varieties (PIWIs) are considered an important building block for the future of viticulture. The event begins with a concise discussion on the ecological benefits, climate resilience, challenges, and market potential of these grape varieties.
This is followed by a tasting of outstanding PIWI wines, which clearly demonstrate that resilience and premium quality are not mutually exclusive.
