Summary: As cozy as a small drink is on a warm summer evening – we all know that alcohol is not an elixir of health. But that nowhere in EU agriculture is it sprayed as much as in viticulture? Probably not. In addition, there are monocultures, heavy disposable bottles, enormously high water consumption and more. We take a look at why it’s better not to choose the cheapest bottle of wine, but to opt for certified bottles and creative new beer variations instead of large brewery products.
