The Fair and Green network meetings in the wine-growing regions

FAIR’N GREEN certification is characterised by the fact that it is reviewed annually. Company visits take place every year as part of the follow-up certification process. Regular dialogue with members is particularly important in the first few years of cooperation in order to lay the foundations for longer-term sustainability activities.

Our regional forums have been in place since 2024 to focus even more on the region-specific topics and challenges of our now more than 150 member companies.

This is where member companies meet at a winery and exchange ideas on a wide range of topics. In this way, everyone benefits from our large (and great) network and at the same time from the experiences of others. We also strengthen decision-making at grassroots level, as this makes it even easier for each region to formulate concerns and bring them to the attention of the board.

OUR

guidelines

GET TO KNOW THE FAIR’N GREEN SUSTAINABILITY SYSTEM IN DETAIL.

We will be happy to provide you with all the contents of the system so that you can familiarise yourself with its scope. Please note that you as a company do not have to fulfil all requirements immediately.

The decisive factor is that you achieve at least 50% overall and 40% per pillar in the initial certification.

Further material for download:

* For initial certification, the minimum requirements must already be met on at least 75% of the vineyard area. After 3 years, 95% of the area must fulfil all minimum requirements.
