Winery Markus Schneider
The Schneider winery in Ellerstadt was founded in 1994 by Markus Schneider (born in 1975). The family had already settled in the village around 300 years earlier and lived from fruit growing and grape production until the estate was founded.
The vineyards are located in the hot plain around the winery, all the way to the cool hills of the Haardt Mountains.
