Winery Lisa Bunn
Weingut Lisa Bunn was founded in 2011 by Lisa Bunn and Bastian Strebel as Weingut Bunn Strebel in Nierstein. By merging the two parental wineries, the estate now covers an area of around 21 hectares, stretching from the Roter Hang in Nierstein to Wintersheim.
While the Rieslings come primarily from the renowned Nierstein vineyards Hipping, Oelberg and Orbel, the Pinot Noirs grow in the cooler Wintersheim. The wines are given their very own signature through long maceration periods, spontaneous fermentation, ageing in small and large wood and long storage on the lees.

The Lisa Bunn winery is characterised by a passion for wine, a connection to Rheinhessen and a love of nature. Lisa Bunn and Bastian Strebel attach particular importance to the respectful treatment of nature and the careful ageing of their wines. In the historic cellar in Wintersheim, they produce wines that are characterised by the multifaceted terroirs of the region.
