Winery Lergenmüller
The Lergenmüller winery specialises in internationally competitive red and white Burgundy wines. The excellent climatic conditions of the Southern Palatinate, the valuable and multifaceted terroir and the passionate work of the wine family result in very special, individual and distinctive wines with a signature style.

“Viticulture continues to develop and is fortunately also becoming increasingly sustainable. We have a great responsibility for nature and the soil on which our vines grow and on which we live. For us, sustainability is not a trend, it is a way of life. And we convey this attitude to life holistically in all our activities: in the vineyard, in the cellar and also in the administration. We see FAIR’N GREEN as the right partner to support us in this endeavour.”

Philosophy
The Lergenmüller winery dates back to the year 1538.
When it comes to quality, you need a discerning eye; when it comes to flavour, all you need is a good heart, a pampered palate and a lot of dedication to winemaking. If you get to know the Lergenmüller wine family personally, you can feel the Palatinate lifestyle and at the same time the urban vision.
Numerous investment measures in recent years have kept the cellar management facilities up to date in order to meet the current market requirements of recognised quality producers and prevent a corresponding investment backlog.
Our most important asset must never take a back seat: the vines and the soil on which they grow. Our most important asset, the vines and the soil on which they grow, must take a back seat. We take great care to work with care and want to intervene as little as possible in the vineyard to preserve biodiversity.
