The Bibo Runge winery is located in Oestrich-Winkel in Rhine-Hesse and is run by Markus Bonsels and Monika Eichner. Both are career changers in viticulture and are living the fulfillment of their dream. In 2017, they joined the BIBO RUNGE winery founded by Walter Bibo. Bibo now runs a winery in Württemberg, but is still in close contact with Markus Bonsels and Monika Eichner.
The Bibo Runge winery focuses on giving the wines time during production. It also relies on 100% hand-picking, long maceration times, spontaneous fermentation, ageing in wooden barrels, long storage periods and all of this is 100% vegan.
