Willi Haag Winery
The Willi Haag winery has been growing wine since the 17th century. It cultivates 7.2 hectares of vineyards on slate soils in Brauneberg, Burgen, Kesten, Mülheim, Piesport and Veldenz, 90% of which are on steep slopes, planted exclusively with the high-quality Riesling grape. The top sites include the Brauneberger Juffer Sonnenuhr and Brauneberger Juffer.

“What would a winery like ours be without helping hands during the growing season and the harvest? For many years, we have been supported by a good and well-trained team of seasonal workers who live in our own house, equipped with everything they need, for the duration of their stay. Good accommodation, good working conditions and good food are a matter of course and correspond to our concept of social responsibility towards our employees. FAIR’N GREEN understands our holistic approach and helps us to constantly evaluate our actions objectively in order to become even more sustainable.”

Philosophy
The Willi Haag winery works with the nature from which it draws, but also treats it with care through the sustainable use of all resources, yield-reduced cultivation and overall environmentally friendly production. It is aware of its responsibility towards the Moselle cultural landscape and its employees. Of course, it is also important to the Willi Haag winery to offer its customers a sustainably produced product. This is one of the reasons why it also ensures that its suppliers are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Environmental and climatic factors influence our actions, so that the company is characterized by future-oriented management and constant, controlled further development.
