At the Sven Nieger winery, the best vineyard location meets philosophical expertise – with a touch of self-confidence and special courage of character. Where others go on holiday, there are also selected vines. The grapes thrive in Baden’s best sunny location and are harvested at precisely the right time and with deliberate chess moves ripen into another highlight.
