Schwab Winery
The Schwab winery from Thüngersheim in Franconia is a real family winery. Vines have been cultivated here for generations. That’s why wine is undoubtedly part of the family’s soul. The Schwab winery cultivates around 12 hectares of vineyards, exclusively in the Thüngersheim vineyards. In terms of white grape varieties, the focus is on Silvaner, followed by Riesling, Pinot Blanc and Scheurebe. In terms of red wine varieties, Weingut Schwab concentrates on Pinot Noir.
