Paulinenhof Winery
The Paulinenhof winery is located in Selzen in Rheinhessen. The Bernhard family has been growing wine and farming here since 1790. The Paulinenhof winery has been run by Rolf and Ina Bernhard for more than 25 years. However, the next generation, Pauline and Tim, are already actively helping with the daily work.
The Paulinenhof winery is committed to quality-oriented viticulture. To achieve this, everyone focuses on careful work in the field, in harmony with the Rheinhessen soils. The wines are made from classic grape varieties and carefully vinified using state-of-the-art cellar technology. The wine style has developed from years of experience and international influences and can be experienced in our own vinotheque.

“Nature is our basis.” The Paulinenhof winery works according to this motto in its vineyards and in all areas. In all steps, it endeavors to conserve natural resources and promote biodiversity in the vineyards. It also avoids the use of herbicides and glyphosate in the vineyard and the use of environmentally harmful cleaning agents in the cellar.
