Three wineries, two generations, one passion. Behind “MEJS” are the three wineries Knöll Vogel, Wilker and Hitziger. Over 30 years ago, the idea of bottling and marketing a wine together was born at the regulars’ table. In 2001, the idea was realized and the company “MEJS” was founded.
“MEJS” stands for the first letters of the founding members’ first names. It all began with a white wine cuvée made from classic grape varieties. MEJS – Die Weinspezialisten presented itself to a wide audience for the first time at ProWein in Düsseldorf. Over the years, their ambition to satisfy every customer with the right composition led them to develop a wide range of products and various brands.
