Medinger Winery
Weingut Medinger is a family-run winery in the heart of the Rems Valley in Baden-Württemberg. The Medinger family sees wine not just as a drink, but as a way of life and laid the foundations for the family winery back in 1764. Today, two generations of the family work together to create a variety of wines that optimally preserve and reflect the individual fruit aroma of the grapes in the wine. They mainly grow Riesling, Pinot Noir and Pinot Blanc on around 18 hectares of vineyards.

Philosophy
The Medinger winery focuses on natural cultivation and largely dispenses with chemical additives. Instead, they work with state-of-the-art technology to ensure that their vineyards are cultivated sustainably. This approach is also reflected in the quality of their wines. The Rieslings from the Medinger winery are particularly noteworthy. The unique terroir of the Palatinate and careful processing result in wines with a distinctive character and balanced acidity. Particularly noteworthy are the varietal red wines, which mature in large wooden barrels and small barrique barrels.
