This year, the print shop has already been awarded a sustainability prize for its innovative recycling process for paper carrier tape.

With over 220 employees, the print shop produces highly refined labels for the wine, sparkling wine and spirits industry on a daily basis.
Its customers include winegrowers, winegrowers’ cooperatives, wineries and bottling plants in all German winegrowing regions and beyond.
With modern machinery, stable economic growth and environmental efforts on site, such as photovoltaic systems for electricity generation and heat recovery for heating the buildings, the company is well positioned for the future.

Krämer Druck’s overall good rating shows that successful measures have been taken in many areas.
Not only through the promise of FAIR’N GREEN certification, but also through its own motivation, Krämer Druck will continue to promote sustainable ways of corporate management and the production of high-quality labels in the future.
For example, Krämer Druck has developed a way for wineries to return the sorted paper carrier tapes from the self-adhesive labels to Krämer Druck so that they can be recycled.
