events. The vineyards cover 2.5 hectares of vines. Riesling, Rivaner, Kerner, Pinot Noir and Dornfelder are cultivated across the entire area. The soils are loamy and stony and are situated on clay slate. At the Hahn winery, work is carried out in harmony with nature and the wines are carefully vinified. The winery was included in the Moselle project “Living agricultural landscapes – farmers create diversity!”.
“We were inspired by the holistic concept of FAIR’N GREEN right from the start. In line with our philosophy “Wine reflects the landscape in which it is grown and the people who care for it”, we have been trying to produce our wines as sustainably as possible for several years now. It has always been important to us to treat our environment responsibly and to think about future generations. FAIR’N GREEN will continue to support us in this in the future, as the concept covers everything we need to produce sustainable wine in the areas of the environment, society, business management and the value chain.”

The Hahn winery has already implemented numerous measures to grow wine in the most resource-friendly and sustainable way possible.
