The AgrarWinterTage 2026 will once again be the central meeting place for the agricultural industry far beyond Rheinhessen. With its tried-and-tested combination of indoor exhibition and outdoor grounds, accompanied by numerous pre-event lectures, the trade fair will offer an ideal platform for information, exchange and networking from 2 to 6 February 2026 at the exhibition grounds in Mainz (55129 Mainz, Genfer Allee).
FAIR’N GREEN e. V. is represented locally as a sustainability association and certifier for viticulture. FAIR’N GREEN certification stands for a holistic approach that takes equal account of ecological, economic and social sustainability. The focus is on measurable criteria, continuous improvement and practical solutions that strengthen businesses in the long term while promoting biodiversity, climate protection and resource conservation.
Award for the AmBiTo project
A special focus at the exhibition stand is the AmBiTo project, which will be awarded the Rheinhessen 2026 Sustainability Prize during the AgrarWinterTage event. AmBiTo demonstrates how biodiversity measures in viticulture can be implemented in a scientifically sound, practical and inter-company effective manner. The freely available digital tools, fact sheets and action manuals support winegrowers in systematically integrating biodiversity into their everyday operations.
